ヒグチケイコ/ keiko higuchi
身体、声、呼吸のつながりを探求し、即興からジャズまで幅広くこなすボーカリスト。アメリカ・ボストンにて活動開始、’98年に帰国以来、多くのライブやダンス・演劇、作品集に参加。過去には写真や執筆を発表。現在も国内外のミュージシャンとのコラボレーションやソロでの演奏など、活動は多岐に渡る。

keiko higuchi
a vocalist who seeks the connection between body, voice and breathing and sings jazz to do free vocalization. she started out her career as a voice performer in boston, usa and after returning to japan in ’98, she has been collaborating with dance, theater work aside from her on going music collaborations and her own solo work.

大上流一  Riuichi Daijo [Guitarist]
潮流や新奇性にとらわれない極めてプリミティブな即興演奏による音楽的アプローチを実践している。 2004年から2013年まで毎月planBで行われたソロシリーズ「Dead Pan Smiles」は、 独自の作業性を追求した定点ソロコンサートとして109回に及んだ。 2015年ソロシリーズ音源からの抜粋「Dead Pan Smiles」5CDboxをファーストリリース。 以降も水道橋Ftarriでの企画「Shield Reflection」等、平行して多様なミュージシャンとの共演を重ねる。 2019年に即興音楽のためのオルタナティブスペース「Permian」を開設し、主な拠点として現在も積極的に演奏活動を続けている。

Guitarist. Born in Yokohama, Japan in 1978.
started playing the guitar and soon came to concentrate on improvisation.
Since 2004 he had continued regular solo concerts until 2013 Sep, as an approach to delve into the workability of solo playing.
